You'll own critical components of forecasting, reporting, and expense management processes while gaining exposure to senior leadership. In addition, this team primarily supports stakeholders operating in the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Success in this role requires a candidate who is comfortable aligning their workday and collaborating within PST business hours to support reporting deadlines, meetings, and business partnerships.

Salary Range

  • $80,000 – $85,000 annually. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location

What You'll Do

  • Support FP&A activities, including forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide actionable business insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Perform expense reconciliations and investigate significant variances.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand business performance and key drivers.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities preferred.
  • Healthcare or DME industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners preferred.

Computer Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, data manipulation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial planning or business intelligence tools (TM1, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reporting systems

Financial & Analytical Skills

  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of income statements, P&L management, variance analysis, key business performance drivers.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience developing business cases and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ability to convert complex financial information into business recommendations.
