## What you'll own
- Drive partnership growth through data-driven insights by uncovering market opportunities, identifying performance trends, and recommending strategies that increase partner value, revenue potential, and business impact.
- Own forecasting and financial modeling initiatives that improve decision-making, strengthen commercial strategies, and provide leadership with accurate projections for partner performance and growth.
- Influence go-to-market success by translating complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance product adoption, partner engagement, and market expansion.
- Enhance operational excellence across the partner ecosystem by establishing scalable processes, improving data integrity, and creating greater visibility into partnership performance and return on investment.
- Shape the future of strategic partnerships by identifying opportunities to optimize programs, increase profitability, and deliver measurable outcomes that support Global Payments’ long-term business objectives.
## What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, partner operations, or a similarly analytical role with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting, with the ability to transform large, complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, combined with a collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
## It's a bonus if you have
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, as well as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems.
- Experience in the financial technology (fintech) industry and/or certifications in project management, data analytics, or related disciplines.
