The Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth. About the Role
Reporting to the Director and Managing Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Americas, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Operations teams to support complex commercial cloud sales, SaaS, and Infrastructure/IaaS transactions with enterprise customers and strategic partners. You will play a key role in negotiating agreements, advising on legal and commercial risk, and helping scale the legal processes that support CoreWeave’s continued growth.
In this role, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements with enterprise customers, including cloud services, SaaS, infrastructure/IaaS, software licensing, professional services, partnership, and data processing agreements.
- Partner closely with CoreWeave’s Global Field Organization (GFO) teams to support enterprise sales cycles and drive customer transactions to successful outcomes.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal, privacy, and commercial risks arising from customer transactions and recommend practical solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent transactions while balancing legal risk, business objectives, and operational efficiency for a fast-moving sales organization.
- Support strategic customer engagements by providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Identify and escalate novel, complex, or high-risk issues while exercising sound legal and business judgment.
- Help develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and processes that enable efficient and scalable support for a rapidly growing global business.
- Coordinate with outside counsel when needed to support specialized legal matters.
Who You Are
- JD degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
- 5+ years of combined legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm, with primary focus on commercial technology transactions.
- Experience supporting fast paced enterprise sales organizations and negotiating complex customer agreements, including SaaS, IaaS, cloud services, software licensing, and other technology offerings.
- Experience negotiating data processing agreements and identifying privacy and data protection issues in commercial transactions.
- Ability to independently manage complex commercial contract negotiations while exercising sound judgment regarding escalation and risk tolerance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide practical business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and build trusted cross-functional relationships across the organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive matters to resolution efficiently and effectively.
- Growth-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback, continuously develop expertise, and adapt to evolving business needs and responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting enterprise sales at a VC-backed technology, cloud infrastructure or other high-growth technology company through periods of rapid scale.
- Ability to identify and address data protection issues in commercial transactions.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.

The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
