As a global leader in smart water solutions, our products help utilities and communities around the world manage and conserve water more effectively. We're looking for a Quality Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.

This is not a role where you'll simply maintain processes. You'll be a visible leader on the manufacturing floor, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to solve problems, improve performance, and strengthen quality across the site. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coaching others, and want the opportunity to make a measurable impact, we'd love to talk with you.

## Why This Role Stands Out

✅ Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians

✅ Drive site-wide quality improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Play a critical role in new product launches and manufacturing growth

✅ Partner directly with Operations and Engineering leadership

✅ Influence customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational performance

✅ Join a company whose products support critical infrastructure and water sustainability worldwide

## What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll be the go-to quality leader for the site, helping drive a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You'll lead root cause investigations, support new product introductions, oversee quality systems, and develop a team that delivers consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians, ensuring strong execution of inspection, testing, and quality engineering activities
  • Champion a safe work environment and actively support site safety initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including procedures, work instructions, and documentation
  • Support new product launches and product changes through APQP activities, including PFMEA, control plans, and launch readiness
  • Oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustainable solutions
  • Drive Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to ensure readiness and compliance prior to product release
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve quality issues impacting Safety, Delivery, and Customer satisfaction
  • Ensure effective execution of incoming, in-process, and final inspections
  • Support calibration and measurement systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, A3, etc.) to improve performance
  • Monitor quality metrics (SQDCE), identify trends, and drive improvements aligned to business goals
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability, engagement, and consistency
  • Participate in internal audits and support compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 17025 standards
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to support process improvements, production changes, and equipment qualifications
