We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide broad support to the firm’s marketing and business development team. This role helps keep day-to-day marketing activities moving by supporting content development, research, events, proposals, marketing systems, and a variety of team initiatives and special projects. The Marketing Assistant will work across the department to provide flexible support where needed, including coordinating proposal components, maintaining marketing information and resources, assisting with business development research, preparing materials for events and communications, and supporting general marketing operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide variety of assignments. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing writing, research, coordination, creative tasks, and administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
