Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Order Processor to contribute to our Operations team in distribution Operations in Jackson, TN.

What You'll Need:
- 1 year of continuous work experience
- 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
- General computer skills
Ability to navigate our warehouse operating system PKMS
Attention to detail – evaluating shortages, identify damages, proper cart setup for picking process
Ability to move push/pull carts (up to 70lbs force)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible and multitask based on workload demands
Ability to work independently or in a group environment
Ability to maintain reliable attendance
Ability to meet and maintain the departmental production rate
Ability to bend and squat full shift.
Ability to use a step stool full shift.
Able to work overtime.
What You'll Do
- Pick/verify
- Pull and pack products as identified on automated order processing system to fulfill customer orders
- Batch picking – Pick multiple orders simultaneously.
- Single-order picking – Pick one order at a time.
- Verify accuracy – Scan barcodes or manually confirm the right items were picked.
- Tools used – Paper, Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners and Vision HUDs to process tasks
- Meeting productivity goals: Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and following company procedures.
