Job Overview:
The Production Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting components to produce finished high-quality products that meet quality and dimensional standards. This role supports the production and manufacturing team and assists with additional tasks needed to help meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble parts, components of finished products according to established work instructions.
- Perform routine quality check on assembles goods, identify and reporting defects to Supervisor and/or Management,
- Operator and monitor assembly machinery, tools, and equipment safely to ensure efficient production.
- Maintain accurate production records, track material usage, and report any issues to Supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep workstation clean and organized.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and operate work instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Premier PV reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
BENEFITS AND PAY:
- $17.79 - $31.73/hr dependent on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must comply with safety requirements (e.g., safety glasses, clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Able to:
o Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
o Stand or walk for extended periods
