We're seeking top-performing sales pros ready to level up. Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.

2-Quarter Management Track Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.

Responsibilities

Master our in-home sales system Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings Drive team culture, accountability, and performance Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Requirements

3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages Experience selling high-ticket products or services Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team Compensation & Benefits Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE Weekly Pay: Competitive commissions paid weekly Performance Bonuses: Additional incentives for top performers Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage available after 30 days Leadership Development: Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and monthly leadership workshops Recognition & Rewards: Company-paid incentive trips, awards, and performance-based promotions Career Growth: Clear path from Sales Representative to Sales Manager and beyond
