GForce Gymnastics & Parkour Shakopee is Hiring Coaches!
Help us build something amazing from the ground up.
GForce Gymnastics & Parkour is coming to Shakopee, and we're building our coaching team! We are looking for experienced, energetic, and passionate gymnastics and parkour coaches who want to be part of bringing a new kind of kids' fitness experience to the community.
Our coaches lead recreational gymnastics and parkour classes, camps, events, and after-school programs for children from toddlers through high school. You'll help kids develop strength, coordination, confidence, courage, perseverance, and a lifelong love of movement.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, structured recreational gymnastics and/or parkour classes
- Coach children of varying ages, abilities, and skill levels
- Demonstrate and teach gymnastics and parkour skills safely and effectively
- Create a positive environment where kids feel challenged, encouraged, and successful
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-energy class environment
- Build positive relationships with students and families
- Lead camps, birthday parties, special events, and after-school programs
- Help us establish a strong coaching culture as part of GForce's founding team

You'll bring your experience, athletic knowledge, personality, and ability to connect with kids. We'll provide the tools and systems to help you deliver a consistent, safe, and rewarding experience for every child.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for coaches who are:
• Experienced – You have previous experience coaching gymnastics, parkour, or a related youth sport
• Energetic – You bring enthusiasm and positivity to every class
• Great with kids – You know how to motivate, encourage, and connect with children
• Safety-minded – You understand the importance of proper spotting, instruction, supervision, and risk management
• Active – You're comfortable demonstrating skills and being physically active throughout your shift
• Dependable – Our families and team count on you
• Team-oriented – You're excited to help build something new and contribute to a positive coaching culture
• Fun – You know that kids learn best when they're having a great time!
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience coaching gymnastics and/or parkour; experience in a related youth sport may be considered
- Experience working with children
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Required prior to start date:
- Current USAG coaching certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
Preferred:
- Competitive gymnastics or parkour background
- Experience coaching multiple age groups and skill levels
- Experience with recreational gymnastics, parkour, camps, or youth programs
- Education or coursework in kinesiology, education, child development, or a related field

Pay Range: $17–$26/hour based on experience
Flexible, part-time positions available
Must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
