Manager, Product Management - Servicing & Core Modernization
About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this Manager-level PM will be the hands-on lead driving the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform. They will work at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy to translate architectural trade-offs into actionable requirements.
The role requires a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies. They will be responsible for:
- Bridging the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
- Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones.
- Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
