Responsibilities

• Building custom cabinets, shelving, and millwork to client specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop drawings
• Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, planers, and jointers
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood substitute materials
• Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cabinetmaker, Finish Carpenter, or similar woodworking role
• Proficiency with hand tools and power woodworking equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of wood species, joinery techniques, and finishing methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
