We are looking for a caring, dependable Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about customized skincare, client education, and building lasting client relationships.

• Competitive base pay of $18–$21 per service hour, based on experience
• Clients at our Ardmore clinic currently tip an average of approximately $28 for a standard 60-minute skincare service. Tips and total earnings vary.

Qualified Candidates

• Hold an active Pennsylvania esthetics license
• Have a genuine passion for helping clients improve their skin health and confidence
• Are dependable, professional, and comfortable building relationships with clients
• Are confident educating clients about services, enhancements, and home-care products
• Are motivated to build and retain a client base
• Are interested in continuing education and advanced services such as chemical peels and nourishing light treatments

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customized skincare services based on each client’s needs and goals
• Complete thorough consultations and skin analyses
• Set clear expectations and communicate throughout each treatment
• Follow approved protocols while appropriately customizing services
• Use professional products from leading brands, including Jan Marini Skin Research and PCA SKIN
• Recommend follow-up visits, enhancements, and home-care routines
• Support retail sales by recommending products based on client needs
• Participate in lobby and client-engagement time between appointments by introducing yourself to clients, discussing skincare services, supporting clinic promotions, and helping build your clientele
• Maintain accurate service notes and client records
• Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and fully prepared
• Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and professional standards
• Work closely with the front desk and leadership team to provide a positive client experience
