Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is looking for an Experienced Welder to join a dynamic team in Grand Prairie, TX! Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on a variety of metals and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely
• Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and welding safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder in a professional or industrial setting
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds
• Knowledge of metal types, welding techniques, and fabrication processes
• AWS certification or equivalent welding certification preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a shop environment
