Position Summary

Pinehurst Country Club is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and service-oriented Outside Operations Attendant to provide exceptional bag, golf cart, and range services to members and guests. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by maintaining golf carts, managing range services, and assisting with bag storage, and delivering premier country club experience while upholding Pinehurst Country Club's standards of excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up all golf carts for the day's activities.
• Load bags from the bag storage room onto golf cars.
• Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers.
• Place baskets of balls at evenly spaced intervals on the range.
• Operate the tractor and ball picker on the range to retrieve balls.
• Wash all range balls daily.
• Remove bags from golf carts and return bags to the assigned rack in the bag storage room.
• Return golf carts to the car shelter; remove towels, pencils, scorecards, tees, drink cans, etc., from golf cars; check cars for damage; wash golf cars with a pressure cleaner; park cars in the shelter and connect charger cables.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Bag Storage Room.
• Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Outside Operations Manager.
• Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
• Continuous standing and walking.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events.
