Job Description

The Analyst, Strategic Operations will be an integral member of the Arizona Operations leadership team, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, operational improvement efforts, service line growth, and practice integrations across the Arizona market.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic analysis, financial modeling, project support, and operational execution. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with executive leadership, physicians, and cross-functional teams to evaluate growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive key operational initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic & Analytical Support:

• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive presentations to support strategic decision making.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to inform growth strategies.

Project Support

• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization, and lead the change management required to execute on those opportunities.

Operations & Growth:

• Support new practice integrations, service line expansions, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with operations leadership to standardize workflows, improve processes, and implement new technologies.
• Collaborate with Strategic Finance, FP&A, Marketing, Legal, IT, and Clinical leadership to execute market priorities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or similar graduate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, healthcare strategy, project management, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive and physician leadership.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
