About the Role

Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Director to lead our growth efforts nationally. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for moving and cleaning services
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and forecasting
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales initiatives
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry functions in the Boston area

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership or sales director experience, preferably in moving, cleaning, or service industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
