Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Document Management Platform
About the Team
The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle. We’re looking for a Product Manager to manage the platform’s real-time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities which supports use cases for clients across the Enterprise. The individual will play a key role in safeguarding sensitive data and building capabilities to serve our clients in a well-managed way.
What you’ll do
- Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for backend products, API integrations, and Gen AI/ML capabilities
- Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for our internal customers and agents
- Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda
- Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
