This position delivers reviewed requirements, edge‐case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue‐resolution guidance. Critical capabilities include deep revenue‐billing operations knowledge, regulatory and customer‐impact understanding, exception‐management expertise, complex‐rate proficiency, bill‐compare skill, and production‐stabilization experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer‐impact scenarios, and operational readiness
• Provide billing quality advisory and operational validation focused on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign‐off, first‐cycle readiness, and hypercare root‐cause analysis
• Deliver reviewed requirements, edge‐case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue‐resolution guidance
• Apply critical capabilities including revenue‐billing operations expertise, regulatory/customer‐impact understanding, exception management, complex‐rate specialization, bill‐compare analysis, and production stabilization
