🔧 Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor 📍 Multifamily Community 💰 Competitive Pay – Based on Experience 🕒 Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a multifamily community. This role is responsible for overseeing technicians, managing work orders, ensuring quality unit turns, and maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support day and night maintenance technicians
  • Assign and prioritize daily work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Perform and oversee unit turns and make-ready inspections
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry issues
  • Maintain common areas including pool, gym, and exterior grounds
  • Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
  • Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed

Qualifications

✔ 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience ✔ Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred ✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs ✔ Ability to manage and train maintenance technicians ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ✔ Valid driver’s license

Technology & Systems Experience

Candidates should be comfortable using property management and maintenance reporting systems, including:

  • Yardi, HappyCo, or similar property management and inspection software
  • Experience with work order management systems and maintenance tracking platforms
  • Ability to use mobile applications for inspections, documentation, and reporting

Must be comfortable using a smartphone, laptop or tablet for daily reporting, photo documentation, and communication.

Preferred Certifications

  • EPA 608 Certification
  • HVAC Certification or License
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance when needed
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
