Job Overview:

Join our Primoris Heavy Civil Team in Belton, TX as a Bilingual HR Onboarding Coordinator, where you’ll guide new hires through the full onboarding process and keep daily office operations running smoothly. You’ll support multiple project sites, help candidates complete their pre‐employment steps, and make sure every new team member starts off strong. The Bilingual HR Onboarding Coordinator will manage the end‐to‐end onboarding process for new hires supporting various project sites in surrounding regions. In addition to onboarding responsibilities, this role provides essential office support to keep daily operations running efficiently. You’ll be a key point of contact for candidates, employees, and visitors, playing an important role in maintaining our strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and monitor pre‐employment requirements for new hires, including scheduling drug and alcohol testing, safety training, and other compliance steps.
  • Assist new hires with onboarding documentation, including applying online, benefits enrollment, and navigation of system.
  • Coordinate new hire arrival and deployment to assigned job sites.
  • Post open craft positions in UKG and ensure job listings remain accurate and up to date.
  • Review and screen craft applicants, forwarding qualified candidates to hire managers.
  • Collaborate with management and project teams to support high‐volume hiring needs across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, recruiting, or onboarding support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with UKG, Workday or another Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Must be willing to travel to project sites and career fairs
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team culture.
