Responsibilities
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and travel inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using ticketing and point-of-sale systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Handle passenger check-in, boarding procedures, and seat assignments
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate schedules, routes, fares, and travel policies to passengers
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and passenger information
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous customer service, ticketing, or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Los Angeles market
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
