Finishing Technician

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a great customer experience? We welcome you to join our team and help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area!

What You’ll Do

• Stage cabinet parts and assemblies for finishing
• Sand and putty product prior to prime/paint coats
• Mix paints and stains to match approved color samples
• Apply wipe-on stains to create high-quality stain finish

What We’re Looking For

• Great character and team chemistry – Positivity, Ownership, Integrity, Service, Excellence
• Experience in sanding and staining
• Working understanding of custom cabinet parts/construction
• Ability to see subtle color differences
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
• Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you
