We are currently seeking a Development Facility Field Technician. Who will provide department support services to Sun Tan City, Planet Fitness, Buff City Soap, and various other locations by facilitating Maintenance work orders, new store build-outs, set ups, Facility remodels, and any facility related needs for existing Store locations. We are looking for professionals that consider themselves to be drama free, and team oriented.

About the Role
Glow Brands is looking for a hands-on, dependable Development Facility Field Technician to support our Sun Tan City, Planet Fitness, Buff City Soap, and other locations. This is a varied field role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and seeing projects through from start to finish. You’ll support maintenance work orders, new store build-outs and set-ups, remodels, equipment moves, and other facility needs.

What You’ll Do
- Prioritize work projects and complete assignments on schedule.
- Complete new-location build-outs, site set-ups, remodels, and facility projects.
- Perform general facility repairs such as drywall, painting, ceramic tile replacement, and other repairs.
- Troubleshoot technical and facility-related issues and identify practical solutions.
- Coordinate and assist with equipment moves, including tanning and exercise equipment.
- Receive and respond to service requests by phone and email.
- Assist the warehouse with new store sets, remodels, upgrades, and inventory as needed.
- Maintain preventative maintenance activities and related reporting.
- Keep work areas professional, safe, and clean.
- Work collaboratively with management, trades, peers, and support departments.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a practical problem-solver who is dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Construction, skilled-trade, or facility maintenance experience.
- Comfortable and experienced using hand and power tools safely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with management, trades, and peers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and locations while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality work.
- Basic to moderate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and maneuver skids.
- Ability to pass a DOT medical physical and meet applicable non-CDL driving requirements.
- Valid driver's license and ability to comply with DOT/non-CDL requirements for operating a 26-foot box truck.
Schedule & Travel
This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with an expected schedule of approximately 40–45 hours per week. Evening and weekend on-call rotations may be required. Overnight travel is required only as needed and is typically approximately twice per month, for about three days at a time. Travel wage is provided for qualified assignments.
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to work in small spaces and in environments with elevated noise and temperatures.
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment and perform hands-on facility work.
