JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE
Demonstrates a clear understanding of National Inside Sales Center call flow management and overall processes for the National ISC and facilitates training of new hire agents. Maximizes effectiveness of agents by ensuring knowledge of processes and the ability to provide a positive homeowner experience. Identify, develop, implement and support process improvements and process changes across the Inside Sales Center. Improve training effectiveness through follow up with coaching opportunities to include live coaching and providing support in routine job functions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Train new National Inside Sales Center agents on sales methodology, systems and processes to successfully make outbound and take inbound sales and non-traditional calls to schedule qualified in home consultations for Corporate owned and Affiliate owned markets.
Conduct call review sessions, manage and administer knowledge checks, and track and communicate benchmark goals for new hire employees to develop skills and successfully address knowledge gaps.
Continuously refine training materials and resources, request system access, facilitate computer and room set up, and schedule additional resources as needed for new hire training classes.
Participate in regular call calibrations to ensure consistency of expectations across the National Inside Sales Center.
Partner with NISC Managers and Supervisors to assist with recruitment and hiring of NISC staff.
Collaborate with other National Inside Sales Center department leaders to identify opportunities to establish or improve processes internally within the National Inside Sales Center as well as with respect to the inside sales center's interaction with field sales and marketing partners and affiliate partners. Drive implementation of process updates.
Assist coach team with on-going workshops to continuously improve agent post-training skill levels.
DIRECTION OF OTHERS
Train, coach, and guide new hire agents. Direct support of up to 20 agents.
Collaborate on processes and methods to improve training process.
MINIMIM QUALIFICATIO, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years of Sales, Contact Center, and/or Marketing experience preferred.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred.
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive otucomes and present positive image of the company.
Demonstrated ability to train and coach others in person and virtually.
Strong communication, planning and goal setting skills.
Strong analytical and provlem solving skills.
Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends).
PAY RANGE:
$20.96 - $31.44
