Roles & Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements related to DuckCreek systems. System Configuration: Configure DuckCreek modules, including policy, billing, and claims, to meet business needs. Support the implementation of DuckCreek templates and tools. Solution Design: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Assist in creating user stories and use cases for development. Testing & Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to validate the configuration and customizations. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Present updates, solution designs, and post-implementation feedback. Optimization & Support: Identify areas for process improvement within DuckCreek modules. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing implementations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in DuckCreek Author, Policy Admin System (PAS), or other DuckCreek tools. Knowledge of XML, JSON, and other configuration formats. Experience with rating engines and integration points. Business Skills: Strong understanding of insurance workflows (policy, billing, claims). Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
