## Caregiver | CNA | Home Health Aide | $13-$15/hr | Flexible Schedules

Locations: Waco, Hillsboro, Meridian & surrounding Central Texas communities

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Companion Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home senior care throughout Waco, Hillsboro, Meridian, and surrounding communities across McLennan, Hill, Limestone, Falls, and Bosque Counties.

We are hiring for part-time, PRN, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or new to senior care, we provide paid training, ongoing support, and the resources you need to succeed.

## Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with transfers and safety needs
• Supporting errands and appointments
• Communicating client updates and completing care documentation

## Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Caregiving experience preferred; CNA, HHA, PCA, or senior care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual skills are a plus
