Summary
The Quick Lube Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance and basic automotive services while delivering a high level of customer service. This position works closely with the service team to ensure vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes, fluid inspections, tire checks, and other basic maintenance services.
- Inspect vehicles and report any recommended repairs or maintenance needs to the service team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and coworkers.
- Previous automotive, quick-lube, or mechanical experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems.
- Ability to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire inspections, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance services.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and willingness to learn.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Sundays off
