• Pay: $18.42 - $55.00 per flat rate hour.
• Schedule: 5-day work week- Sundays off and 1 rotating weekday off.
• Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 8am-5pm and Sunday: off

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive inspections on incoming pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete vehicle reconditioning, including brakes, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, HVAC, and fluid services.
• Identify and recommend additional repairs needed to prepare vehicles for retail sale.
• Complete multi-point inspections, document findings, and use diagnostic scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience performing diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Experience using diagnostic scan tools and repair information systems to resolve vehicle concerns.
• We prefer ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications, but do not require them.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
