### The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to own inventory accuracy across Jetson's growing warehouse network. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role built for someone who thrives on data integrity, operational discipline, and solving problems at the root cause level.

You will serve as a data steward in NetSuite & Arena,, working closely with warehouse teams, procurement, and NetSuite Systems team to ensure inventory records reflect reality at every site. Jetson is adding new markets every month — this role is foundational to our ability to scale without losing accuracy.

### What You Will Do:

• Own inventory accuracy across all active warehouse sites; serve as the primary NetSuite/Arena data steward for warehouse operations including cycle counts, variance analysis, manual receipts, audit support, etc.
• Post inventory adjustment transactions in NetSuite to resolve approved cycle count variances; escalate high-value or recurring discrepancies per defined thresholds.
• Support the systematic setup of new warehouse sites, including seeding, opening inventory counts, establishing initial reorder points in NetSuite, and coordinating with the systems team on WMS configuration and bin structure.
• Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena
• Own root cause corrective action processes for recurring receiving and inventory issues
• Manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of returned or damaged inventory
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy processes across the network

### What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience
• Proficiency in NetSuite preferred
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation
• Experience managing receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes
• Root cause analysis mindset — you fix problems at the source, not the symptom
• High attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
• Experience with Arena PLM preferred
• Familiarity with WMS or RF scanning tools preferred
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and improve daily work required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000 - $78,000 per annum
