Analyst, Loan Syndicate Execution & Agency at MUFG Securities Americas Inc. — New York, NY

Responsibilities

• Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room
• Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC Updates
• KYC/ Onboard new Lenders in our Syndicate transactions. Assist on streamlining secondary trade settlements.
• Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates.
• Follow through with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responses

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Series 79, 63 preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
