# A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support global supply chain leadership in a fast-paced, highly visible role that is critical to organizational success. This position will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across regions and time zones, preparing polished communications and business materials, arranging travel, processing expenses, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, discretion, and initiative, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, support special projects, improve administrative processes, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

Must Have:

  • Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
  • Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in operations, manufacturing or supply chain in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Strong experience coordinating domestic and international travel and processing expense reports accurately and efficiently in SAP Concur
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare polished correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Experience coordinating meetings, leadership events, and cross-functional activities across departments or regions
  • Ability to gather, compile, and summarize information to support leadership decision-making and operational planning
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify process improvements and recommend more efficient ways of working
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience providing guidance, coordination, or day-to-day directions to junior team members is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
