What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Lead by Example: Install, maintain, and repair top-tier commercial electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
Build from Scratch: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine layout and materials efficiently.
Mentor the Crew: Help shape the future of the trade by training and guiding hungry apprentices on the job site.
Stay Safe & Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment. Safety is Paramount in what we do.
Be the Face of the Company: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, builders, and other trades on site.

The Credentials: How are you an Electrician? If you can answer yes, you’re in.
The Experience: Solid background in commercial electrical work, know your way around a commercial job site, and can bend some pipe.
The Essentials: A valid Driver’s License, basic tools, and a great attitude.
The Physical Grit: Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment/objects as needed.
The Mindset: Strong math and measurement skills, a sharp professional appearance, and a team-first, positive personality.
