What You'll Do

As a Fiber Field Sales Representative, you'll spend your days out in the community meeting homeowners and introducing them to reliable, high-speed fiber internet.

Every day you'll:

• Build relationships through professional, face-to-face conversations
• Educate homeowners on available fiber services
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
• Represent Ethos Sales and our trusted provider partners with professionalism and enthusiasm

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with face-to-face, door-to-door interactions
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to travel for work

What Will Make You Stand Out

While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:

• Door-to-door sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, home security, etc.)
• Fiber or telecommunications sales experience
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and accountability
