Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all restaurant operations
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain a strong team culture by recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff
- Establish and uphold operational standards for food quality, service, and guest experience
- Develop and execute marketing and community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness
- Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community partners
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Experience with restaurant operations, food & beverage management, and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of local health codes, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
