Part-Time Customer Service Representative

JD Electrical Home Solutions is looking for two friendly, organized, and dependable part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while helping keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a supportive, family-oriented office environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Shifts

We are hiring for two separate Monday–Friday positions:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule service calls and free estimates
  • Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules
  • Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates and completed work
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Complete opening or closing office duties based on your scheduled shift
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
  • Help keep the office organized and daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
  • Previous office or customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
