Pinehurst Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tennis Teaching Professional to deliver exceptional tennis instruction and foster a vibrant tennis community.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Conduct private, semi-private, and group tennis lessons for players of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
• Develop and implement engaging and progressive lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Organize and lead clinics, camps, social tennis events, and tournaments.
• Provide on-court coaching and tactical advice during matches and drills.
• Evaluate player performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
• String racquets and offer advice on equipment selection.
• Assist with court maintenance and ensure a safe and professional playing environment.
• Promote Pinehurst Country Club's tennis programs and services to members.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, representing the club's high standards.
• Stay current with tennis teaching methodologies, techniques, and industry trends.

Job Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Tennis Teaching Professional at a reputable club or facility.
• Current certification from a recognized tennis organization (e.g., USPTA, PTR) is required.
• Proven ability to teach a wide range of ages and skill levels effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• A passion for tennis and a commitment to promoting sportsmanship and fair play.

Wage: $19.29/hour
