ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI NO REMOTE WORK

POSITION SUMMARY:

Cover Powerhouse 1st shift, monitoring temperatures throughout the building. Respond to Hot and Cold calls. Make adjustments to HVAC equipment.

Perform repairs and PM's on HVAC equipment around the complex.

Service non-HVAC equipment like air compressors, floor scrubbers, etc.

Perform new installation of evaporative systems, ductwork, and diffusers for remodels.

Monitor and make changes to the Niagara control system.

Log work orders into the Track It System or complete paperwork for workorders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience
  • Any vocational classes would be a plus
  • Heavy lifting up to 70 pounds
