Job Overview We’re seeking a qualified lead Dental Assistant who is caring, professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and appreciates a consistent daily routine.

Qualifications We are Looking For:

  • 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
  • Proficient with dental assisting techniques and protocols
  • Familiarity with 3D scanning and taking x-rays
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work.
  • Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude
  • Current CPR certification (optional)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable
  • Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits
  • Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
  • Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow
  • Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow
  • Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

Job Type: Part-time, 20-27 hrs/week

Required:

  • Ability to Commute to the Meridian, ID office on a daily basis
  • Ability to relocate to Meridian, ID before hire date.
  • Ability to work in person at location.

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, depends on experience
