Lead Nail Technician Responsibilities Our Lead Nail Technician will work hand in hand with the Owner/Studio Manager to achieve team and salon goals. The lead nail technician’s primary responsibility is leading the nail technicians in the day-to-day activities as well as the guest experience.

  • Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services to guests
  • Training new Nail Technicians
  • Assisting in the continued education of the team
  • Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon
  • Social media posting/collabs
  • Always serve guests throughout the salon
  • Contribute and rally the team to goals

Lead Nail Technician Requirements

  • NC Manicurist or cosmetology license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Able to work full time day/evening and at least one weekend day
