Grounds Crew, St. Mary Village at Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. — USA, MT

This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning August 2026. The starting wage for this role is $16.25 / hour.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Be involved in all aspects of standard golf course and outdoor grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, gardening, general beautification of grounds
• Repair fences, gates, walls, and walks using masonry or other tools as required.
• Maintain all areas around hotel, lodge, cabins, and RV park
• Regularly use power equipment such as a variety of mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc
• May be asked to assist with trash removal and hauling
• Fill propane tanks for RV park guests
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Golf course, resort, or groundskeeping experience is an asset but not required (we're happy to train!)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest experience.
• Experience with mowers, chainsaws, power tools, and hand tools preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Committed to safety and high-quality work.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and respectful team player.
