Full job description

Work directly with the Quality department under mentorship of a senior engineer to ensure qualitycompliance and standards. This position will be exposed to all quality activities within the organization;participating in audits, data collection, process improvement, and training and development. #CPE

Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to): Support Quality Assurance Activities

  • Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans and inspection procedures.
  • Participate in audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and finished goods.
  • Root Cause Investigation & Corrective Actions
  • Support investigations into customer-reported quality issues.
  • Assist in identifying root causes using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Failure Mode and
  • Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Help implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure resolution and prevent
  • recurrence.
  • Data Collection and Analysis
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use statistical methods to evaluate process capability and product performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal quality reviews and customer communications.
  • Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Standards
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external audit readiness.
  • Training and Development
  • Attend training sessions on quality systems, tools, and company-specific procedures.
  • Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in quality engineering practices.
