Full job description
- Greet clients and patients and provide friendly, compassionate service.
- Answer calls and emails, address client concerns, and schedule appointments.
- Check clients in/out and process payments.
- Provide daily care for hospitalized and boarding pets, including feeding, walking, bathing, and medicating.
- Monitor and document patient health, behavior, and medications.
- Clean kennels, treatment areas, equipment, and surgical instruments.
- Assist the veterinary team with restraint, exams, and post-operative care.
- Restock supplies and help maintain a clean, safe hospital environment.
- Comfortably work around animal waste, unpleasant odors/noises, and potential bites or scratches.

We’re looking for:
- Veterinary experience of at least 1yr required.
- Compassionate, calm, organized, and a strong communicator.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
- Weekend availability required.
- Comfortable safely handling and restraining dogs and cats of all sizes.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and handle pets, food, and supplies.
- Willingness to learn cleaning, medication, and basic patient care.
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Eager to learn and grow your veterinary knowledge and skills.
