About the Role
It's All About Kids Inc. in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Certified Toddler Teacher to join their dedicated early childhood team! Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
- Maintain accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals
Requirements
- Experience working with toddlers or young children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- EEC (Early Education and Care) certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
