AIR is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Operations Support Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, onsite operations support roles. This role is ideal for a quality-focused recruiter with a stable professional history, strong sourcing and screening judgment, and proven success hiring dependable candidates for fast-paced, operations-based environments.
This is an in-office role based at AIR’s Denver Tech Center office. Candidates should live in the Denver area or be actively relocating to Denver, CO and able to maintain a reliable, reasonable daily commute. This is not a remote position.

What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly operations support, administrative support, field, facilities, property management, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar frontline roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand hiring needs, schedules, role requirements, commute expectations, and success profiles.
- Build Denver-area candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, local outreach, school/community partnerships, and talent networks.
- Screen candidates for reliability, motivation, onsite readiness, schedule alignment, commute feasibility, and long-term fit.
- Move quickly while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality, communication, and hiring accuracy.
- Write clear, searchable postings for LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels.
- Track pipeline health, recruiting activity, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
What You Have
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting hourly, operations-based, onsite, frontline, administrative support, property management, hospitality, retail, logistics, or facilities roles.
- A stable professional history that reflects commitment, follow-through, and strong hiring partnerships.
- Success delivering qualified, reliable candidates—not just resume volume.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find candidates beyond inbound applicants.
- Excellent screening judgment, attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems, job boards, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools.
- Embrace new technology, AI tools, and flexibility as recruiting technology and best practices evolve.

Compensation & Benefits:
AIR offers a competitive rewards package for this role, including:
- Expected compensation: $78,000–$85,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus of 10%. Final compensation will be based on skills and experience related to the requirements of the role.
