Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Server to join our restaurant team at a private country club. If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing attentive service, and building relationships with members and their guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to club members and guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.
  • Handle member requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Process checks and payments accurately.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and club service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
