We are looking for a creative and experienced editor with sharp news judgment, excellent storytelling instincts and a deep understanding of what engages digital audiences. This editor will shape Make It’s daily and enterprise coverage, working closely with reporters, producers and senior editors to identify compelling angles, elevate story ideas and ensure every piece is clear, useful, memorable and true to the Make It voice.

The ideal candidate is both a rigorous editor and an imaginative thinker — someone who can sharpen a reported piece, improve structure and flow, craft irresistible headlines and leads, and help develop smart editorial franchises that connect with ambitious readers. They should be energized by stories about careers, success, leadership, money, work culture and the changing ways people define achievement.
