Full job description
The Legal Analyst will monitor, review, evaluate and manage ongoing legal tasks and communicate key findings and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders, largely in connection with the enterprise’s real estate litigation docket. The Legal Analyst will participate in project teams for complex legal area initiatives and oversee certain litigation reporting for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on day-to-day performance of litigation and enforcement related activities; supports management of team workload including engagement on all levels of cases and escalated disputes, including highly complex initiatives and/or matters of greatest impact to the business or team.
- Revise and review standard legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Champions excellent understanding of applicable practice areas, as well as federal and state regulatory issues / processes, identifies and implements enhancements to area processes.
- Performs research, assists with investigations and resolves inquiries. Oversees preparation of periodic and/or ad hoc reports.·
- Supervises e-discovery engagements and may coach others to provide litigation support, e.g., coordinating document production and discovery.
- Assigned work on an end-to-end project basis.
- Makes litigation related recommendations to attorneys.
- Serves as liaison with assigned business areas and outside counsel in coordinating and managing projects / requests.
- Works independently with outside and opposing counsel.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Career Level 7IC
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
Preferred Experience:
- Paralegal Certification, Bachelor’s Degree, or JD a plus
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of case management, litigation proceedings,
- investigations and legal documents (e.g., court pleadings, settlement agreements, contracts, discovery requests, and responses)
