Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level accountant to assist with our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have some experience with accounting tasks, be organized, and able to handle responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. This position will start part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.
Responsibilities
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Manage invoice delegation and organization Perform itemization and data entry in QuickBooks Generate and provide financial reports as needed Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience or coursework in accounting or finance Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Good communication skills Reliable and self-motivated
