## What You'll Do
•
## Lead manufacturing strategy and execution for new product development programs, ensuring products are designed for efficient, scalable production.

## Drive transformational process improvements that increase productivity, quality, capacity, and operational performance.
•
## Champion automation and advanced manufacturing technologies, partnering with equipment suppliers and system integrators to implement innovative solutions.
•
## Influence product and process decisions through Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Automated Assembly initiatives.
•
## Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through production launch, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
•
## Solve complex manufacturing challenges through data-driven root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
•
## Identify and deliver cost savings, capacity improvements, and operational efficiencies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
•
## Develop compelling business cases and capital investment proposals that support long-term growth and manufacturing capability.
•
## Serve as a trusted technical leader, mentoring engineers and helping elevate manufacturing engineering best practices across the organization.

## Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and future-state manufacturing initiatives.

## Qualifications

## Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

## 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
•
## Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
•
## Experience leading process improvement, automation, or new product introduction initiatives.
•
## Strong analytical skills, including experience using data and databases to drive decision-making.
