Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Our company prides itself on promoting from within! What does that mean? You can quickly move up through the ranks and earn more money. Who knows, maybe you are the next Domino's franchisee! With proper experience our Assistants and General Managers earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay, possible vacation pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses!

  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
  • Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
